PRINCE LANRE SANUSI STORMS FESTAC TOWN RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION OFFICE AMID PAGEANTRY AND ENCOMIUM
In a vibrant and well-attended courtesy visit, Prince Lanre Sanusi (PLS), the APC Chairmanship Candidate for the upcoming local government elections scheduled for July 12, 2025, was warmly received by the highest organs of the Festac Town Residents Association — the Central Executive Committee (CEC) and the Central Working Committee (CWC). The leadership of the association, led by President Barrister (Alhaji) Mohammed Adeshina Adegbenro, Vice President Mr. Onwuasor Sylvester, and Publicity Secretary Comrade Toyese Adewopo, expressed their gratitude for Prince Lanre Sanusi’s visit to the Secretariat. They used the opportunity to highlight the pressing needs of the community and their expectations for effective and people-centered governance. In his address, Prince Lanre Sanusi reassured the residents of his commitment to the development of Festac Town. “Beyond being a politician, I am a stakeholder in this community. As a prince of the land and the grandson of the first Oba of Kuje Amuwo, I am bound to protect our collective heritage,” he stated. He emphasized that fixing Festac’s roads would be a top priority. “Our roads are my priority, and I will ensure they are fixed immediately, leveraging the strong network and influence of our party at both the federal and state levels. It’s a done deal,” he declared confidently.
Prince Lanre Sanusi was accompanied by a distinguished entourage that included Adm. Fadairo Olawunmi Jamiu MCIA, Mr. Bamidele Ige, Remilekun Aremu, Yeye Dorothy, among others. The visit was marked by fanfare, traditional pageantry, and widespread commendation, reflecting the strong support and high expectations of the Festac community as the election date approaches.
