Femi Adebayo implied that his next project would be “better than Jagun Jagun” in an August interview with Independence. He also discussed the unique setting of the movie:
“Seven Doors is the next film that I mentioned is more significant than Jagun Jagun. Both the 18th and the 19th centuries are depicted, so in addition to the classic setting with the 504s and Volkswagens, it also transports us to that Jagun Jagun atmosphere.
It’s a blend, with elements from several tribes. It concerns a Hausa man who is coming to invest in a Yoruba king who is married to an Igbo woman. Nigerian culture is on display there.
Femi Adebayo, Chioma Akpotha, Wumi Toriola, Yinka Quadri, Oshodi Oke, Dayo Amusa, Adebayo Salami, and Gabriel Afolayan are among the many celebrities that make up the Seven Doors cast.
