According to Aliyu Audu, a former Public Affairs adviser to President Bola Tinubu, he served under the president for two years without having direct contact with him.
He revealed that despite serving as Tinubu’s spokesperson for nearly two years, he had never met him.
Audu reportedly resigned from his role as the Public Affairs SSA.
He bemoaned the fact that his former boss voluntarily gave him access to meetings with Lagos politician Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran and Nigerian artist David Adeleke, better known as Davido.
During a Thursday night interview on Arise Television’s Prime Time, the former presidential assistant pledged to oppose Tinubu’s reelection.
“I was employed by the President for almost two years,” he claimed. He and I didn’t have a conversation. I serve as one of his spokespersons, but a few weeks prior, he dined with Davido, who made fun of him.

Then he sat with that Jandor, who never even finished second in the election in Lagos. Nothing makes sense.
Ademola Adeleke, the governor of Osun State and Davido’s uncle, had paid Tinubu a visit in Lagos a few days prior to Audu’s resignation.
Additionally, it should be remembered that in March, Jandor, who was a candidate for Lagos governor in the 2023 election on behalf of the Peoples Democratic Party, met with the President after he resigned from the PDP.
