“Marriage is a scam,” according to Nollywood actress Abimbola Craig.
According to reports, the movie actress revealed this during an appearance on the “WithChude” podcast with media personality Chude Jideonwo.
Using the title “Mrs.” as an acronym for “Master’s in Residential Servicing,” the actress criticized traditional marital roles in which women are frequently tasked with managing the home and providing for their partners.
According to Abimbola Craig, she values a spouse who is self-aware and purposeful, which is why she has chosen to stay single rather than because she is against marriage.
“Every marriage is a scam,” she declared. My mother used to tell me as a child that marriage was an institution. “Mrs.” is an acronym for “Master’s in Residential Servicing,” she explained.
“I’m not married, not because I don’t want to be, but you can’t be with me if you’re a man who doesn’t know who he is.”
The role of “Tiwalade” in the popular web series “Skinny Girl in Transit” has made Abimbola Craig well-known.
She has also established herself as a producer, working with Nigerian director Jade Osiberu to co-produce the 2019 box office success “Sugar Rush.”
