After a trip to the United States, Israel DMW, the logistics manager for Nigerian Afrobeat musician David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, has thanked his boss.
Isreal, who obtained his US visa last month, reportedly stated that America is 46 minutes to heaven in a post on his Instagram page.
Davido, the Edo people, and Nigerians were also valued by Israel.
“It’s 46 minutes to Heaven when you get to America,” he wrote. Visa crap for five years. I am grateful, God Almighty. I’m grateful, Baba Twins. Thank you, sir. I am grateful to my Edo people. To all Nigerians, thank you.
Davido pledges to donate ₦300 million to orphanages.
In other news, Davido has promised to use his foundation to provide ₦300 million to orphans throughout the nation.
Davido announced the release of his most recent track, “Awuke,” on his X Twitter on Monday.
This year, we are giving to orphanages and a charity that helps young people avoid drug misuse and addiction in honor of my birthday. It’s ₦300m this year. He wrote, “Details to follow soon.”
In 2022, Davido established the Davido Adeleke Foundation to aid underprivileged kids.
13,818 youngsters benefited from the more than ₦200 million that Davido’s charity gave to the nation’s orphanages in July 2023. Additionally, he pledged to make additional donations in 2024.
