The general overseer of Omega Power Ministry (OPM), Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere, has taken firm action against the assailants who kidnapped the principal of the church’s free school in Jos.
In a post on the church’s Facebook page, Pastor Chinyere condemned the kidnappers’ N50 million ransom demand.
He made a clear vow that he would not use church funds—such as tithes and offerings—to cover any ransom.
Rather, the abductors were urged by Pastor Chinyere to free the principal, surrender, and follow a course of repentance and rehabilitation.
He urged the kidnappers to seize the chance and emphasized God’s love and willingness to give them another shot by offering free rehabilitation, skill training, prayer, and counseling.
I have learned that the principal of OPM Free School JOS, a free school that helps kids in the north attend classes for free, has been abducted and is requesting $50 million.
“I am aware that they are reading my messages, so I will not give them shishi.”Since I can never use tithes and offerings—which are God’s money—to pay ransom to kidnappers, you had better free him to avoid God’s wrath. NEVER.You can let him go now, come to OPM CHURCH, turn in your firearms, and receive free rehabilitation. I’ll also say a prayer for you. God is good.and acquire new abilities at no cost. God can give you another chance because He loves you.
