Blessing CEO Appeals to Mothers After Learning Late Son Reportedly Dreamt of Death

Blessing CEO has appealed to mothers to take their children’s concerns seriously after revealing that her late nine-year-old son, Bryan, reportedly told relatives about dreams in which he saw himself dying.

The Nigerian relationship expert said she did not know about the alleged dreams until after her son’s death. She explained that her first son, Darrell, and her younger sister, Precious, later shared separate accounts of what Bryan had told them.

Blessing said Darrell recalled the boy waking up one morning and telling him that he had dreamt about his own death.

She also said Precious reportedly told her that Bryan had run into her room to share a similar dream. According to Blessing, her sister prayed for him but did not regard the experience as a warning that something would happen.

Blessing further disclosed that Bryan had reportedly discussed the dream with his father but never told her about it before his death.

Using the experience to address other parents, she urged mothers to listen attentively whenever their children talk about their fears or troubling experiences.

“Especially to mothers, please pick this as a lesson,” she said.

Blessing also revealed that Bryan had severe asthma, adding that she also lives with the condition. She explained that growing older had helped her develop ways to manage her health, while describing her son’s asthma as severe.

She also characterised Bryan as a very hyperactive child.

Her disclosure has drawn attention to her personal grief and her message to parents. While dreams are not evidence that a future event will occur, her appeal underscores the importance of open communication, reassurance and appropriate attention to children’s emotional and physical well-being.
