MFOH Nigeria Pledges to Empower Changemakers and Aid the Vulnerable

A well-known pageant organizer, Miss Face of Humanity (MFOH) Nigeria, has renewed its commitment to creating changemakers and improving the lives of those in need around the nation.

Blessing Inyang, the National Director of MFOH, highlighted the organization’s goal to transcend beyond crowned beauty queens while speaking at a one-day stakeholders’ dialogue on the rights of impoverished people in Abuja on Wednesday.

“Empowering Indigents: Building Sustainable Solutions” was the theme of the event, which was hailed as an important forum for promoting sustainable development.

In order to solve the issues that vulnerable groups confront, Inyang emphasized the significance of establishing an inclusive forum for discussion and cultivating meaningful collaborations.

“We are here to develop leaders, advocates, and changemakers, not just to crown beauty queens,” Inyang said.

She continued, “This forum is about interacting with important stakeholders, exchanging ideas, and investigating cooperative initiatives to address the rights of indigents.”

In order to fulfill the organization’s mission, Inyang emphasized the necessity of cooperation across several sectors, urging alliances with governmental bodies, non-governmental organizations, businesses, and the diplomatic community.

“We can realize our vision by working together with government agencies, non-governmental organizations, private sector partners, and the diplomatic community,” she said.

Inyang praised MFOH Nigeria’s recent recognition as the “Pageant Organization of the Year” during the discussion.

She described the honor as evidence of her team’s commitment and the organization’s goal of supporting Nigerian changemakers.

The director emphasized noteworthy accomplishments from the previous year, such as those of Ambassador Rita Chika Ezenwa, the current MFOH Nigeria Queen.

Remember how Ezenwa won “Humanitarian Queen of the Year” at the 2024 Nigeria Women Achievers Awards and “Beauty Queen of the Year” at the 2023 Golden Stars Awards? Reaching the top seven at the Miss Face of Humanity International Showcase in Mexico was one example of her global recognition.

“These honors are not merely titles; they are confirmations of the work we are doing to promote change and uplift humanity,” Inyang stated.

Representatives from the FCT Department on Higher Education, the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner on Human Rights, the House Committee on Human Rights, and the National Commission for Refugees, Migrants, and Internally Displaced Persons participated in the discussion.
