Popular relationship expert Blessing Okoro, better known as Blessing CEO, has responded to social media users who accused her of drug use, insisting that the allegations do not reflect her lifestyle.
The influencer made the statement during a live session with Nollywood actress and politician Doris Ogala after being released from detention.
Her time in custody was accompanied by intense online discussions, with some social media users alleging that she used drugs. Others urged the public to reconsider sending her money, claiming that donations could be spent on drugs.
Some critics went further, suggesting that she required rehabilitation rather than financial assistance.
Blessing CEO has now rejected the allegations, saying the people making such claims do not know her personally and are forming opinions based on social media conversations.

During the broadcast, she maintained that she does not take drugs, smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol or party.
“I don’t do drugs. I don’t smoke, I don’t drink, I don’t even party. Most times the internet just have a way of enjoying their self. A lot of people don’t even know me personally,” she said.
Her remarks have generated fresh interest in the controversy surrounding her personal life, particularly following her release from detention.
Blessing CEO had spent months in detention over three separate fraud-related cases filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
She was arraigned in June 2026 in connection with allegations involving property transactions and donations reportedly received after she claimed to have stage four breast cancer.
The cases concern alleged sums of ₦36 million, ₦69.15 million and ₦13 million.
The influencer pleaded not guilty to the charges.
While her denial addresses the allegations of drug use, the fraud-related cases remain separate legal matters that must be resolved through the judicial process.
