Nollywood actress, Lizzy Anjorin, has dismissed the court action filed against her by Priscilla Ojo, the daughter of fellow actress, Iyabo Ojo, insisting that the case will not stand.

Anjorin described the case as dead on arrival during an Instagram Live session reacting to the development.

She also questioned the decision to circulate copies of the court documents and an alleged petition on social media before they were reportedly served on her.

“Your case na gone on arrival. If you put court letter on any platform before serving the person you want to serve, that court case is a fake court case.

“I don’t want to hear that, Lizzy Anjorin locked Priscilla in prison oh,” she said.

The actress continued to criticize the alleged posting of the petition online and said she was surprised by how the matter was being handled.

“They’ve petitioned us oh. Dem don run go petition Lizzy. “If no be madness, posting petition letter on social media,” she added. “They are no longer going to court.

A Lagos State High Court was reported to have earlier ordered Anjorin to desist from publishing or sharing photographs of Priscilla Ojo and the son of Tanzanian singer, Juma Jux, Rakeem Mkambala, on social media.

The interim order was given on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, in Suit No. LD/ADR/6646/2026 after an application filed by Priscilla Ojo Mkambala, her husband, Juma Mussa Mkambala and their son, Rakeem.

The court ordered Anjorin to refrain from posting, uploading, circulating or broadcasting photographs of the child on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and TikTok.

She was also barred from publishing or posting editorials, videos and other material concerning Priscilla, Juma and their son on her social media accounts.

The order covers several social media accounts allegedly connected to Anjorin, including accounts with different versions of her name and other accounts allegedly used to publish content tied to her.

The proceedings were ex parte, which means the application was heard by the court without Anjorin’s presence or the opportunity to respond at that stage.

The order is interim and shall remain in force until the hearing and determination of the main application before the court.

The court ordered that the case file be returned to the Registry of the High Court of Lagos State for re-assignment to the appropriate division.

Priscilla had previously publicized the development after posting copies of the court order on her Instagram Story on Friday.
