“My Wealth Is Not Because I Belong To APC” – Igbokwe

Joe Igbokwe, a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has stated that his riches is not a result of his affiliation with the governing party.

Before becoming famous, Igbokwe claimed in a post on his Facebook page that he had worked in a number of low-paying professions and ventures.

“Some people will see me today and think in their wildest dreams that I am rich because I belong to APC Nigeria,” he stated.

“My tale will suffocate you to death.” In the 1970s, while attending elementary school, I began feeding my mother. I picked up firewood to sell. I went to buy water.

The APC leader claimed that after working as a bus conductor in Lagos, he went on to pursue other endeavors.

“I planted yams for folks. I worked as a bus driver in Lagos. After graduating, I opened a restaurant. In addition to being an author of five books, I also bought and sold land, sold vehicles on Western Avenue in Lagos, and sold motor parts. I am a fulfilled man today. “One thing led to another,” he continued.

In other news, Sunday Dare, President Bola Tinubu’s Special Assistant on Media and Public Communications, has defended First Lady Senator Oluremi Tinubu’s recent statement encouraging Nigerians to investigate low-capital small-scale ventures like akara, roasted corn, and kuli-kuli.

The First Lady reportedly described the administration’s use of grants rather than loans to promote small businesses in a video that went viral online.

Her remark, however, infuriated a number of internet users who claimed it was offensive and ignored the financial difficulties that many Nigerians face.

In light of this development, Dare disclosed in an interview with Seun Okinbaloye on the Mic On podcast that his mother trained him by selling oranges and bananas in Jos, Plateau State.
