Nigerian musician Chibuzor Nelson Azubuike, widely known as Phyno, has given his opinion on celebrities getting married.
The Alobam crooner characterized music as a “jealous and tasking” profession, stressing how hard it is to balance marriage or any other vocation with it.
He claims that when most famous people get married, their careers take a nosedive.
Phyno made the following statement during a recent In My Opinion podcast:
“Statistically speaking, I feel that most celebrities’ careers end when they get married. Check everyone out.”
In essence, being a musician is a jealous profession. People quit school to deal with music because of this. It’s not simple, therefore you have to give credit to those that had to balance the two. When you reach a certain degree of celebrity, some people rush back to school and resume where they left off because you have to face one. Listening to music requires all of your time.
