The Ghana movie industry and fans have been thrown into mourning following the death of popular Ghanaian actress, Beverly Afaglo Baah.
Beverly’s death was confirmed by her husband and musician, Eugene Kwadwo Boadu Baah, popularly known as Choirmaster.
Choirmaster shared the sad news in an emotional Instagram post on Sunday, May 24, saying Beverly was his strength, happiness and greatest supporter.
Reflecting on their life together, Choirmaster said every Moment with Beverly was a blessing he would always cherish.
He promised to continue with the plans and projects they had started and said he would always have her memory with him.
He wrote: “My heart is broken beyond words at the death of my beloved wife Beverly Afaglo!!! It would have been like 4 more days until your birthday, but I guess the Lord wanted to celebrate with you so he called you. You were my Strength. My Happiness. The reason my life was Complete. Every Moment with you was a blessing I will Cherish Forever !!
“I am hearing your voice right Now Cheering me up as always my Number 1 fan!! I promise to take care and continue all we have planned and started!! Until my last breath, you will stay in My Heart ❤️ Forever!!! Sleep well my love!!! R.I.P to a #Legend Sesei Akaminkoaaaa.”
Beverly Afaglo was born on May 28, 1983 and climbed the ladder after studying journalism and public relations at the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ).
